Interesting recent statistics from last year-end on credit card usage.
Click here for the New York Times story.
In the story, it breaks down credit card debt for December 2010 by geographical regions of the country. Consumers in Paducah, Kentucky had one of the lowest credit card debt amounts incurred at $3,515 per person. This statistic supports the assertion that I have made in previous posts that the majority of our clients do not have large credit card debt that has been incurred haphazardly or foolishly.
