If you file bankruptcy, don't hide transfers !

In a recent opinion affirming the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals tells debtors that if you have transferred money before filing bankruptcy, disclose it in your petition and don’t try to blame it on your attorney if you don’t.
