Bankruptcy is still available, even though the law was changed some in 2005. Bankruptcy can generally stop creditor calls, repossession, lawsuits, wage garnishments and home foreclosures. Bankruptcy can also help you to protect your property, catch up on house payments, taxes, and child support… and arrange realistic payments. It also can be used to protect co-signers.
With our office, the first meeting is free and there is a payment plan available.
John Rogers, Attorney at Law is Board Certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and is a proud member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the American Bankruptcy Institute. (But that doesn’t mean we are expensive. Our fees are reasonable and in line with most attorneys in the area !)
We have also been designated by Act of Congress as a Designated Debt Relief Agency under federal law. We provide legal assistance to consumers seeking relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
