So, the US Supreme Court has just ruled, in the case below, that the federal Defense of Marriage Act (aka DOMA) is unconstitutional … now, if a same sex couple is legally married in a state that recognizes same sex marriage, they can file a joint bankruptcy petition in any state in the union.
